We provide in house training and help new recruits gain hands on skills in Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
Processing customer payments
Computer system training (provided by salon tracker)
Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
Providing recommendations to customers
Cleaning the store
Opening and Closing the store
Collaborating with other team members to keep the floor area clean and organised at all times
We are also looking into working with an external provider to deliver some training for customer service skills which they will gain :
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
