About us
Flexible Workforce Solutions is a staff agency focused on the hospitality sector in Edinburgh. We are professional, customer-centric, engaging and our goal is to enhance our clients operations by supporting them with placements of professional and enthusiastic staff.
We are looking for energetic personnel that will amaze our clients and impress their guests working in some select venues and events across Edinburgh and beyond. We have a range of clients that we work closely with to support them in their events. We operate a flexible model that allows personnel to sign up for regular or irregular availability depending on their schedule. There are also opportunities to add shifts on an ad-hoc basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Including but not exhaustive of:
- Assisting in setting up an event to the client’s specifications
- Welcoming the guests to venue/event
- Keeping the Front of House areas presented to a high standard
- Helping to maintain a friendly, hospitable environment for the benefit of our client’s guests
- Serving food and drink to guests
- Assisting in the packing up of an event

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Freelance
Salary: £11.50-£13.28 per hour
