We are a medium size well established Italian importer and distributor of Wines /Provisions. We are seeking a dynamic, vibrant person to join the Order Office team. Candidate must live close to Finsbury Park/Manor House, North London, due to early start.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Italian language and must have great communication skills.

The tasks include telephone liaison with customers, sales representatives, logistics and management, they will take and process orders, prepare invoices and general office administration. Computer literacy required and office experience preferred.

Hours of work: (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday morning per month, flexibility will be required at all times. One early shift per month, starting 5.00 am to 2 pm.

Must have professional attitude and have lived in the UK for a minimum of 1 year.
