About the team
The eCommerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok Commerce re-imagines global eCommerce with rich content and endless joy.
Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business talents to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
- Analyze various behavioral preferences of TikTok e-commerce users in the UK, create user profiles, and identify shopping demands to be responsible for key business metrics.
- Coordinate resources from different parties based on the characteristics of centralized e-commerce, ensure smooth execution of platform-wide promotions, and explore differentiated promotional strategies within a centralized environment.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to develop marketing campaigns and interactive strategies that meet the shopping needs of users.
- Collaborate with the product supply team to identify the product preferences of different user segments in different scenarios and develop strategies for matching products and customers.
- 3-5 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce channel operations/user operations, campaign marketing, business analysis, or related fields.
- Experience in membership operations, campaign marketing, and business analysis on large-scale e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Experience studying or living overseas, with fluency in English for seamless communication.
